Pamela has a gentle and intuitive way of working with her fitness and rehabilitation clients and students so as to best achieve their goals using a scientific and ecclectic approach. She is a  Principal Educator for Polestar Pilates and holds a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She has worked in a variety of fitness and rehabilitation settings over the past 10 years, including orthopedic physical therapy clinics, whole wellness centers, and fitness centers. She holds certifications in the Gyrotonic Expansion System and Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation Curriculum.

I moved to Steamboat Springs fifteen years ago where I first began my career in physical therapy. In 1999, I left to further my education in this field. I graduated in 2001 from Mount St. Mary’s College of Los Angeles with a master’s degree in physical therapy. I returned to Steamboat where the majority of my experience has been in out patient therapy clinics where I developed a special talent for manual therapy. Combined with the skills of our team of professionals at Align we provide a comprehensive approach for injury rehabilitation and prevention.
