Bridging the Gap between Pilates & Physical Therapy
Lisa Recker, MPT
I moved to Steamboat Springs fifteen years ago where I first began my career in physical therapy. In 1999, I left to further my education in this field. I graduated in 2001 from Mount St. Mary’s College of Los Angeles with a master’s degree in physical therapy. I returned to Steamboat where the majority of my experience has been in out patient therapy clinics where I developed a special talent for manual therapy. Combined with the skills of our team of professionals at Align we provide a comprehensive approach for injury rehabilitation and prevention. At Align we believe it is our mission to promote overall wellness.
